Freezing Cold Sunrise Silhouettes - My Actifit Report Card: January 21st, 2026

A freezing cold morning at around -6 degrees, but at least it was dry and windless, which helped to prevent it feeling even colder than it actually was. I went for a nice interval walk around Luiseninsel through the palace gardens this morning. As expected, all the water here is also still frozen solid, including the carp pond. I've brought you another picture of my starting point at the Spree river crossing and the sunrise in the park.
Ein eisekalter Morgen bei rund -6grad, aber immerhin trocken und kein wind, was hilft damit es sich nicht auch noch viel kälter anfühlt als es tatsächlich ist. Eine schöne Luiseninselrunde durch den Schlossgarten bin ich heite Morgen im Intervall-Walking gegangen. Erwartungsgemäß sind alle Wasser auch hier noch gut durchgefroren inklusive dem Karpfenteich. Mitgebracht hab ich euch mal wieder ein Bild von meinem Startpunkt an der Spree Flusskreuzung und dazu den Sonnenaufgang im Park.
