Monday ☀️ 8353

A disgustingly wet Monday morning around 0 degrees. There were official warnings about black ice and flash ice and the like, but this morning I only had a thin layer of wet snow that was easy to trudge through, accompanied by a correspondingly loud crunching sound. Not a nice morning, gray and cloudy, and the palace garden was closed again due to the weather conditions. I ran a few loops over several bridges at an interval walking pace without any long breaks or breathing exercises and was glad to be back in the warm and dry. So today I have pictures from other days that I hope you will also enjoy. The „Kreuz Ass“ in the ice on the Spree and a sunrise over Mierendorff Island.

Ein ekelhaft feuchter Montagmorgen um die 0grad. Es gab Offizielle Warnungen vor Eisglätte und Blitzeis und dergleichen, aber ich hatte heute morgen nur eine recht dünne schicht nassen schnee durch den es sich ganz leicht stapfen liess mit entsprechend laut knirschender Geräuschkulisse. Kein schöner Morgen, grau und Wolkenverhangen und der Schlosspark war wieder aufgrund der Wetterlage verschlossen. Ich lief ein paar Achten über mehrere Brücken im intervall-walking ohne grosse pausen und atemübungen und war froh wieder im warmen und trocknen zurück zu sein. Daher gibts heute Bilder von anderen Tagen die euch hoffentlich auch gefallen. Die „Kreuz Ass“ im Eis auf der Spree und ein Sonnenaufgang über der Mierendorffinsel.
