Tuesday ☀️ 12751

Another cold morning, just below freezing, but today it's very dry and hardly any wind, so it's much more bearable. I did a quick interval walk across three bridges and bought a few necessary treats before I had to head out and through the city. Unfortunately, I didn't have time for breathing and meditation exercises, but a brisk walk in the cold is also a little reset. Today, I had to set up a show for the next two days. On the way to the venue, at the venue, and on the way back, I naturally got in some extra steps. Before I got on the bus, I captured the sunrise over the Landwehr Canal for you.

Wieder ein kalter Morgen grad so unter 0grad, aber heute sehr trocken und kaum windig und daher weitaus erträglicher. Habe einen schnellen Intervall-Drei-Brücken-Walk gemacht und ein paar nötige Leckerlies eingekauft bevor ich los und durch die stadt musste. Leider keine Zeit für Atem- und Meditationsübungen, aber so ein straighter Walk bei der Klte ist auch ein kleiner Reset. Es stand heute ein setup für eine show die kommenden tage an. Auf dem Weg zur Venue, vor Ort und auf dem Rückweg natürlich zusätzlich gut Schritte gemacht. Bevor ich in den Bus stieg hab ich euch noch eben den Sonnenaufgang über dem Landwehrkanal eingefangen.
