Saturday ☀️ 13083

It wasn't a wet morning, but it was colder, around 0 degrees, and the sky was gray again, with light drizzle from time to time. There was also a weather warning about icy sidewalks, which fortunately I didn't notice. It had also snowed during the night, not much, but enough to cover everything with a thin layer of white. I did my Saturday walk around Mierendorff Island and, as always, started with five stages of interval walking. I did some breathing exercises and a little meditation by the water at the northeast corner of the island before going shopping for a few treats for the weekend. On the Mörsch Bridge, I noticed that the large shiplock was not yet completely free of ice, and I brought that moment back with me for you.

Weder ein feuchter Morgen, aber kälter um die 0 Grad und auch wieder mit grauem Himmel, dazu ganz leichter Nieselregen ab und zu. Passend dazu auch die Wetterwarnung vor vereisten Gehwegen, wovon ich zum Glück nichts mitbekommen habe. Es hat dazu auch noch geschneit die Nacht, wenig aber genug, um eine dünne Schicht weiß über vieles zu legen. Ich bin die samstägliche Mierendorffinselrunde gegangen und habe diese, wie immer, mit fünf Etappen Intervall-Walking begonnen. Atemübungen und ein wenig Meditation dann am Wasser an der Nordostecke der Insel, bevor ich dann noch ein paar Leckerlies fürs Wochenende einkaufen war. Auf der Mörschbrücke habe ich festgestellt, dass die große Schleuse noch nicht ganz eisbefreit ist, und den Moment habe ich euch mitgebracht.
