Frosty but dry -7 degrees this morning with a magnificent sunrise spectacle. I wrapped up warm again and did some interval walking along a beautiful route around a few bends in the Spree, including breathing and meditation exercises here and there in small, hidden, magical places. Despite, or perhaps because of, the cold and the snow everywhere, it was a very nice and refreshing morning walk. I've brought you the sunrise and an icy detail of one of the magical places in special formats today.
Frostige, aber trockene -7 grad heute Morgen mit einem grossartigen Sonnenaufgangsspektakel. iIch habe mich wieder gut warm eingepackt und bin im Intervall-Walking eine schöne Route um ein paar Spreebögen gegangen, inklusive Atem- und Meditationsübungen hier und dort an kleinen, versteckten, magischen Orten. Trotz oder vielleicht sogar wegen der Kälte und dem Schnee überall war das ein sehr schöner und erfrischender Morningwalk. Den Sonnenaufgang und ein eisiges Detail einer der magischen Plätze hab ich euch heute in speziellen Formaten mitgebracht.
