Saturday ☀️ 15658

I had the morning off before the job cuts and used it to take a relaxed interval walk around the peninsula and enjoy the sun. It was slightly windy at around 7 degrees. As soon as we reach double-digit temperatures, the number of ignorant and inconsiderate people increases, leaving trash everywhere. In particular, those unspeakable disposable aluminum barbecues that are simply left lying where they have burned out. I took a break by the Spree for a few relaxing breathing and meditation exercises. Under one of the bridges, I met a pair of swans doing their morning routine and brought them back with me.

Ich hatte den Vormittag vor dem Jobabbau frei und genutzt um eine entspannte Halbinselrunde im Interval-Walking zu gehen und die Sonne zu geniessen. Es war leicht windig bei um die 7 grad. Kaum haben wir zweistellige Temperaturen steigt auch gleich wieder die Menge an, von ignoranten und rücksichtslosen Menschen, zurückgelassenem Müll überall. Insbesondere diese unsäglichen Alu Einweggrills die einfach dort liegengelassen werden wo sie ausgebrannt sind. An der Spree hab ich eine Pause für ein paar entspannte Atem- und Meditationsübungen eingelegt. Unter einer der Brücken hab ich ein Schwanenpaar bei ihren Morgenroutinen getroffen und euch mitgebracht.
