Strangers After Sunrise - My Actifit Report Card: March 9th, 2026

Fresh and cool, but not very windy and a clear sunrise. I walked around Luiseninsel through the palace gardens at an interval pace and paused on the island by the water to enjoy breathing and meditation exercises and reset my mind for the start of the week. I brought you the sunrise, including reflections and a few feathered friends. The swans had some strange visitors at their usual spot by the carp pond, and I'm not sure if they are welcome there.
Frisch und kühl, aber wenig windig und ein klarer Sonnenaufgang. Ich bin die Luiseninselrunde durch den Schlosspark im Interval-Walking gegangen und habe auf der Insel am Wasser innegehalten, um Atem- und Meditationsübungen zu genießen und den Reset im Kopf zum Wochenanfang machen. Den Sonnenaufgang samt Reflektionen und ein paar gefiederten Freunden habe ich euch mitgebracht. Die Schwäne hatten an ihrem gewohnten Platz am Karpfenteich fremde Besucher, bei denen ich mir nicht sicher bin, ob die da erwünscht sind.

Das Foto mit der Sonne, die sich im Fenster von der anderen Seite des Gebäudes her spiegelt ist genial. Und es sieht absolut so aus, als wäre der Schwan den Gänsen gegenüber ziemlich argwöhnisch. Und beides sind äußerst kämpferische Arten, wenn es drauf ankommt... möchte nicht erleben, wenn die sich in die Haare/Federn kriegen.
Danke für die Blumen 🌻 Und ja, die Gänse waren da wie geschrieben Fremde. An der Stelle hat letztes Jahr ein Schwanenpärchen genistet und vier Babyschwäne bekommen. Die Gänse sind dann kampflos abgehauen, alle entspannt. 🪷🧘🏾🪷
Kein Wunder, dass der Schwan den "Was wollt ihr hier?" Blick hatte 😅
