Cool and again not very windy, with a slightly hazy and therefore more dramatic sunrise than a clear one. Of course, I captured it and brought it with me. Today, I walked around the peninsula at an interval pace and paused again by the water to do some relaxing breathing and meditation exercises. In addition to the sunrise I mentioned earlier, I brought you back some very clear signs of spring just around the corner for you to marvel at.

Kühl und wieder wenig windig und dazu ein etwas dunstiger und daher etwas dramatischerer Sonnenaufgang als so ein ganz klarer. Den habe ich natürlich eingefangen und mitgebracht. Ich bin heute die Halbinselrunde im Interval-Walking gegangen und habe auch wieder am Wasser innegehalten, um ein paar entspannende Atem- und Meditationsübungen zu machen. Zum bereits erwähnten Sonnenaufgang habe ich euch ein paar sehr deutliche Zeichen des, vor den Toren stehenden, Frühlings zum Staunen mitgebracht.
