Big Birds & The Sunrise - My Actifit Report Card: March 29th, 2026

This morning felt colder than it actually was, around 0 degrees, thanks to the damp air left over from the rainy night. In the palace gardens, where I did my interval-walking loop around Luiseninsel, everything was damp too, making the air wonderfully refreshing to breathe. On the island, I did my usual breathing exercises by the old alder tree, clearing my head with the fresh air from the past week and letting it fill with the concert of the many different birds. I’ve brought back a heron enjoying the waves and the sunrise for you.
Der heutige Morgen fühlte sich durch die feuchte Luft, die die verregnete Nacht hinterlassen hatte, kälter an, als er eh schon war, bei um die 0 Grad. Im Schlosspark, durch den ich meine Luiseninselrunde im Intervall-Walking drehte, war auch alles feucht und die Luft daher auch herrlich erfrischend zu atmen. Auf der Insel habe ich die üblichen Atemübungen bei der alten Erle gemacht, meinen Kopf mit der frischen Luft von der vergangenen Woche freispülen und mit dem Konzert der vielen unterschiedlichen Vögel frisch befüllen lassen. Für euch habe ich einen die Wellen genießenden Reiher und den Sonnenaufgang mitgebracht.
