According to the weather forecast, this was probably the last frosty night for a while; in any case, this morning was still quite frosty, with a bit of fog to boot. As usual on Saturdays, today’s plan was to walk around Mierendorff Island. Of course, I started with interval walking and then did a few relaxing breathing exercises and meditation by the water at the northeast corner of the island. At the Wall of Fame, there was yet another cool, large piece, which I’ve brought back for you along with some photos of the morning fog.

Laut Wettervorhersage soll es wohl vorläufig die letzte frostige Nacht gewesen sein, heute war der Morgen jedenfalls noch ordentlich frostig mit ein bisschen Nebel dazu. Wie üblich samstags war heute wieder die Mierendorffinselumrundung angesagt. Natürlich erst mit Intervall-Walking und dann an der Nordostecke der Insel am Wasser ein paar entspannte Atemübungen und Meditation. An der Wall of Fame gab es mal wieder ein neues, cooles, großes Piece, das ich euch zusammen mit Bildern der morgendlichen Nebelstimmung mitgebracht habe.
