Finally, a Sunday for me again. My chores are done for now, and the morning started out sunny with a pretty chilly breeze. So I hopped on my bike and headed to Jungfernheide for a long morning walk with interval walking and breathing and meditation exercises by the water. It always feels especially good, after several days of just staring at screens, finally seeing trees and greenery again, with a lovely chorus of birds to boot. There was something special to see today, too. The turtles visited both bird nests on the water and basked in the sun, but see for yourself.

Endlich wieder ein Sonntag für mich. Die Jobs sind erstmal erledigt und der Morgen begann sonnig und mit recht kaltem Wind. Also ab aufs Fahrrad und los zur Jungfernheide für einen ausgedehnten Morningwalk mit Intervall-Walking und Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Wasser. Das tut immer extra gut, nach mehreren Tagen nur Technik vor der Nase, endlich wieder Bäume und Grün und ein schönes Vogelkonzert dazu. Etwas Besonderes zu sehen gab es heute auch. Die Schildkröten haben beide Vogelnester auf dem Wasser besucht und sich gesonnt, aber schaut selber.
