Another beautiful sunny morning for a long, refreshing morning walk with interval walking through the palace gardens, plus the big loop around the lock area, taking the detour through the tunnel and along the hidden creek, which, as far as I can tell, has far too little water flowing through it again. Breathing and meditation exercises by the large, rushing lock weir really cleared my head, and along the way, even the beaver willingly posed for a few photos before swimming off with a large branch.

Und wieder ein schöner sonniger Morgen für einen ausgedehnten und erfrischenden Morningwalk mit Intervall-Walking durch den Schlossgarten und dazu die große Schleusenlandrunde mit der Schleife durch den Tunnel und am versteckten Bach vorbei, in dem gerade mal wieder für mein Gefühl viel zu wenig Wasser fließt. Atem- und Meditationsübungen am großen rauschenden Schleusenwehr haben mir gut den Kopf freigespült und unterwegs hat sich sogar der Bieber willig für ein paar Fotos gezeigt, bevor er mit einem großen Ast von dannen schwamm.
