A wonderful, sunny, and crisp morning under a blue sky. It rained again last night, and all the greenery is becoming greener, juicier, and more vibrant. What a delight to look at and walk through, especially in the palace gardens, as I did my interval-walking around Luiseninsel. Today I took time again for extended breathing and meditation exercises on the shore by the old alder tree and enjoyed them fully while gazing at the calm water. The harsh light of the direct sun naturally created stark shadows, which simply presented themselves to me as a theme today, and the grilles along the way cast the most interesting ones. And although this looks best in black and white, I’ve brought you a color photo so you don’t miss out on the greenery either.

Ein wundervoller, sonniger und frischer Morgen unter blauem Himmel. Es gab wieder Regen in der Nacht und alles Grün wird immer grüner und saftiger und satter. Was für eine Wonne, das anzusehen und hindurchzugehen, speziell im Schlosspark, als ich die Luiseninselrunde im Intervall-Walking ging. Ausgedehnte Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Ufer bei der alten Erle habe ich heute wieder eingelegt und voll und ganz mit Blick aufs ruhige Wasser genossen. Das harte Licht der direkten Sonne schuf natürlich auch krasse Schatten, die sich mir heute einfach als Thema aufdrängten und die Gitter unterwegs warfen die interessantesten. Und obwohl das in Schwarzweiß am besten wirkt, habe ich euch dazu ein Farbfoto mitgebracht, um euch auch das Grün nicht vorzuenthalten.
