It was warm again this morning, over 10 degrees, but windy and therefore very refreshing. I did my usual walk around the peninsula using interval walking, but I didn’t feel quite as fit as usual because I’d slept restlessly last night, it was way too warm. I enjoyed the morning walk in a relaxed way and wasn’t really in the mood to look for photo subjects, but then this cute snail who was sitting on a tree at eye level caught my eye after all. I did a few breathing exercises at the usual spots. Oh, and the iris flower I brought home yesterday as a table decoration underwent an unexpected transformation overnight. It folded up completely and turned the water a deep blue, wow, but see for yourself.

Wieder warm heute Morgen bei über 10 Grad, aber windig und damit sehr erfrischend. Ich bin die Halbinselrunde im Intervall-Walking gegangen, aber fühlte mich nicht ganz so fit wegen unruhigem Schlaf in der viel zu warmen letzten Nacht. Habe den Morningwalk entspannt genossen und nicht wirklich den Kopf für Motive offen gehabt, aber dann ist mir doch noch diese nette Schnecke, die auf Augenhöhe an einem Baum saß, ins Auge gefallen. Ein paar Atemübungen habe ich an den üblichen Stellen gemacht. Ach ja, und die Schwertlilienblüte, die ich mir gestern als Tischdeko mit nach Hause brachte, hat über Nacht eine unerwartete Verwandlung vollzogen. Sie hat sich komplett zusammengefaltet und das Wasser tiefblau gefärbt, wow, aber seht selbst.
