When the number of planted plots drops below 5000 you will be able to see on the stats page how many seeds will be coming your way. Changes are being made to the seed distribution, which may make the market more competitive. If they cap how much mota can be staked per region I just might be able to distribute!

Capping Mota on basis of region also make sense but it require tweak in code and interface of game. Let see how it implemented.
