A good coach

Being a coach, it's not until you have the whole world best players, obviously that is what is killing Paris Saint German and Manchester City, only the local league is what they can win, they find it difficult in winning the European Cup and it's because they have all the world class players and it's a good example or lesson that everything doesn't haven't be perfect before you have it all. It was even when Chelsea wasn't perfect at all they won their first Champions League and they were not perfect when they won the second Champions league but the first Champions League, they weren't even perfect at all.

Reason why I will always be a fan of Di-mateo is because he take his time to find the club that he would play against weakness, especially the coach and work on it. He looked for Guardiola's weakness and he sees that he would be frustrated if he plays defensive game with him and it worked for him, he beat Barcelona and still made Guardiola resigned. More of the reason why I don't like Guardiola is because he shows his weakness and once they get to know your weakness, they'll use it against you, most especially in Premier league and that is why he never win the premier league, they didn't give him chance.

Mikel Arteta is also a good coach, I so much like him being the youngest coach in Premier League, some of my fellow Nigerian call him I T coach but it's because they don't know what he got, the players he plays with premier league with are not expensive coach, they aren't a world class, not very much amount of money they were bought with, I can even say Arsenal spend less than most clubs in the start of the season and he know how to manage these players till number 5 position (which may change to number 4 on Sunday) but what Mikel lack, Di-Mateo have it.

Arteta don't know how to read other coaches mind or get to know their weakness but Di-Mateo do, that is just the difference that is between them. Manchester City should not always beat Arsenal because Arteta has worked with these players and he knows these players way of playing.
