Recently, Erik Ten hag send message to all the Manchester United players that he don't want any of them to look at them as if they are special, he said he want to manage the club like Sir Alex Ferguson. Saying he don't want any of the players to think that they are special isn't what I want to talk about, but the statement that he mentioned that he want to do like Sir Alex Ferguson is what is I have been giving thoughs, the question is can he really behave like Sir Alex Ferguson? Why can't he talk of himself?

To me, he just said this in order to make some things right in the club, it is very obvious that there are players that are very special in that club. Even if not players, there is a player that is not very special and it's Christiano Ronaldo. Ronaldo is special, not only in Manchester United, he's very special in all over the world and he deserve to be treated very special. Because he's aged doesn't make him not not to be treated very special and he's even doing much better than most of young players. Not even most, almost all, because he help Manchester United to that level.

I doubt that Erik Ten hag can ever be like Sir Alex Ferguson, before he can ever be like Ferguson, he must have win trophies 🏆 for Manchester United because that is what made Sir Alex Ferguson what he is and makes the players respect him, maybe he should wait till that time, being Manchester United coach and telling the players that are special that they shouldn't feel special is not what he need now and even if he would say such, not by message, he should at least let them all resume after the long break.

Erik Ten hag is also an upcoming coach, just like Mikel Arteta, it's just that he have good players that he worked with in his former club, that is why he is able to win the league, if Arteta have that kind of opportunity, I'm very sure he would definitely have achievement like Ten hag. Even Ronaldo have record more than Ten hag, both when he was a player and now become coach, so if he think other players are not special, then Ronaldo is special, he should treat him special unlike he treat others.
