Rio Ferdinand now see the reason why José Morinho said his best finish is second position he took Manchester United too when he was the coach then, ever since then, all the coaches that they've been hiring don't even more than 4th position, none of them ever reach second position that José Morinho took Manchester United to then. By then, José Morinho said what is inside the underground of Manchester United is far more than what the news casters show to the world to see and it's very obvious, even if Manchester United buy the whole best player in the world, they won't still reach Top 4.

Then, we thought Morinho and Paul Pogba is the one that has grudge against each other and it is because that is what we are able to see or read, nobody knows what is going on underneath, what was going underneath is far more than player and coach issue. Although Jose Morinho didn't say more than that but even if he didn't say more than that, it is very obvious that there are people or players or stakeholders that are giving orders apart from the order that coach do give but we still don't know the people but it's not suppose to be like that, coach should have the final say.

I've been wondering why Ole Gunner Solskjear had so much chance that, even if he's a legend, he didn't win any trophy for Manchester United, unlike José Morinho that took them to number two and still sacked. If not that there are people or someone in that club that need coaches to hear what they say, the coaches could be successful in Manchester United rather than being a failure. Coaches that worked at Manchester United after Sir Alex Ferguson didn't really do well, it is only José Morinho that won Europa league for them that did well.

Morinho wouldn't have leave or sacked if he obey the rules that those that are there in the underground gives, Maybe Solskjear obey that's why he lasted so long, but Morinho is not a coach that ever want to listen to anyone, he has discipline and his discipline has been helping him, he will rather leave the club that the club owners or some legends telling him what to do. But I think those Manchester United legends are the one disturbing Manchester United as a whole, if they can shut up and watch, things would change.
