What footballers would see Pep Guardiola as is a career spoiler, even if I'm in their shoe, that is what I will call him because once he reach a club, he would change the whole player he find there and bring in his own players, the ones he can control, not those one he can't control and he hate it if his players didn't heed his advice if he talk to them. This attitude he has as a coach, he can't manage small clubs or club that didn't have enough money like Arsenal and the Everton.
