Patience
In the history of Sir Alex Ferguson, I heard that when he was hired, they had to have patience with him for years before he bring the result that they want for them at Manchester United. Now, he created the history that Manchester United have today, with his help, the football legends come from Manchester United and Manchester United have the record up till now. Even if Manchester United relegate, they would still have more fans all over the world and this is because of Sir Alex Ferguson, this is his handwork.
Nowadays, no football club want to have patience with the coach that they hire, they want quick result, most especially the England big clubs like Manchester United, most especially Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur. Arsenal and Liverpool are so patience, but Arsenal patience isn't up to Liverpool's patience. The patience that Liverpool had, it's been fruitful for them now. Liverpool had patience for Jorggen klopp, it was after years that he was hired he won trophy 🏆 for them.
Although when Klopp was hired, he started making progress, so it was obvious that he have something meaningful to do for Liverpool because it's not all coaches that are suitable for a certain club. Coach like Unai Emery isn't suitable for Paris Saint German and Arsenal, I wonder how you've won with 4 goals and tell your players to start training penalty, he already have the mentality that he will loose the match. As he almost ruin Arsenal, they had to just sack him and hire another coach and as Arteta took the work, he didn't move backwards.
Despite the fact that Arteta didn't have enough materials like other clubs do, he is still trying his best, although it's not always about how cost your players are, it's about how good the coach is. As Liverpool gave Jorggen klopp chance, maybe Arsenal need to give Mikel Arteta the like chance that Liverpool gave to Jorggen klopp, not just chance, but with materials and I'm very sure that he would give Arsenal good result.

Arteta might not have the depth of world class players but he has a decent squad. The game is changing so fast and teams no longer show patience with a coach because a lot rests on that coach. We are in a new era different from Sir Alex or Wenger. A lot changes so quickly these days.
