Potter ready for pressure

Graham Potter said that he already signed up for problems when he signed for Chelsea. He said if he don't want problem then he won't leave Brighton and Holve Albion to Chelsea so he's not afraid of any problem they bring because they would settle whatever problems that come and ready for another one that would come because problem would never finish. He said they didn't talk when they played 9 unbeaten matches but because they lost just two matches consecutively they've started giving him threat. Graham Potter has already know that at Chelsea, he would face problem whenever he fail to win a match, not like the Brighton and Holve Albion he managed before Chelsea.

Brighton and Holve Albion fans don't expect Cup, what they expect is escape from relegation, they don't put too much expectation on their players and coach but Chelsea fans want winnings matches and winning trophies always, they don't want to know if they have won before now. But seeing Graham Potter, he is bold in the work that he does because he know that they don't need to tell him that he would face fans and owners difficulties, he is already prepared and a coach that is coming from a small club to move to a big club are always set for to face fans and board of directors consequences if they fail to give them what they expect from him.

Just like when Erik Ten Hag just collected Manchester United work, he was warned that he would face problem at Manchester United because the club have big problem but he was ready to face anything that would happen and he is trying his best. It's advantage for Erik Ten Hag and Graham Potter that they have coached big club, so if Chelsea decided to sack Graham Potter or Manchester United decided to sack Ten Hag, it's already in their profile that they've coached big club and that is a record on its own. To be a coach is like a gambling, it's either they succeed or they fail but even if Potter is sacked, it's already a plus ➕ in his profile.
