UEFA care about only their pocket
Whatever it is that would bring money into UEFA pocket is what UEFA do, they won't ever support what won't bring money to them, they care about their pocket, so whatever it is that would fetch them money is what they would do. Now UEFA has organised a league called UEFA league and it would be played in between the countries in Europe and as its organised, a country would play four matches in eleven days, so there's no enough rest for the players. All the European countries just finished their difference leagues and the players never even rest, so to play the UEFA league again, fatigue would surely come up.
After the league, pre-season would start and automatically different leagues has begin and the Champions league, Europa League and Conference League that bring Europe football clubs together would still begin again and the footballers won't even have time to spend with their different families. Although the players would be given money for the games they play but everything isn't about money, they need rests too, the popular players would be the one to work most and most of them are in different Europe clubs, the ones that would won't have enough rest are the one that plays in England, where they play different leagues.
The players that plays in England and still be among the premier league Top 4 are the one that I pity most, they play in 3 different competitions and still play Champions League and now they would play UEFA league and after that, they would return back to their different clubs and still play Champions League when it begin. All these are non of UEFA's business, they know they would make money through adverts as long as the league is on. So what would bring money for UEFA is what UEFA would do, they don't care about player's rest.

well unfortunately in the world of almost all sports the only thing the game about is money. I would be willing to bet that most of the executives on these boards like UEFA don't even like the sport but they do like money!
