Watching Real Madrid style of play and watching Liverpool style of play, you'll see that they play the same style of football, they both play physical ball or we call it direct football, it's only their wingers that dribbles, to bring goals if their midfielders find it hard to bring through passes as expected. As they both have the same pattern of play, then it would be difficult for them to see each other's net, it would be hard to score themselves because the defense line that the attackers would pass through must have work on themselves.

These two clubs are amazing and have good coach, it's hard to predict who would win the Champions League in between them, it's only the one that can quickly utilize chances would play with the Champions League and there won't be chance for come back that Real Madrid sent Chelsea and Manchester City out with and the come back that Liverpool used to send Villa Real out of the tournament.
