Saludos queridos amigos de Actifit. Los días continúan lluviosos y caminar es muy difícil por el fango y los charcos, pero así todo tenemos que trasladarnos caminando como mejor opción. Para mi es una bendición poder hacerlo ya que ha repercutido positivamente en que me duelan menos las piernas.

Greetings dear friends of Actifit. The days are still rainy and walking is very difficult because of the mud and puddles, but we still have to move everything by walking as the best option. For me it is a blessing to be able to do it because it has had a positive impact on making my legs hurt less.


Caminando me relajo, hoy vi un auto descapotable que hacia rato no veía y me gustan mucho, se utilizan para trasladar a las parejas que van a contraer matrimonio y también para pasear por la habana vieja.

Walking I relax, today I saw an open-top car that I hadn't seen for a while and I really like it, they are used to transfer couples who are going to get married and also to walk around old Havana.
