Mi reporte de Actifict: septiembre 24 2023

Greetings my dear friends of the Actifit community, my week has been quite intense, but I have not stopped meeting my goals, I have been able to do more than 5k.

Saludos mis queridos amigos de la comunidad Actifit, mi semana ha estado bastante intensa, pero no he dejado de cumplir con mis objetivos, he podido hacer más de 5k.

Yesterday I walked through Centro Habana I didn't have it planned but it turns out that the traffic was diverted by a sports marathon that had been organized to look for where my bus stopped I had to cross the Prado, which is a beautiful avenue.

Ayer caminé por Centro Habana no lo tenía planeado pero resulta que el tráfico estaba desviado por un Maratón deportivo que se había organizado para buscar dónde paraba mi autobús tuve que atravesar el Prado, que es una avenida preciosa.

I arrived to classes on time, walked and fulfilled my goal, but it was also nice to see the lively and healthy atmosphere of Havana, with its young and old children, dedicating their free time in a healthy recreation.

Llegué en tiempo a las clases, caminé y cumplí mi meta, pero también fue lindo ver el ambiente animado y sano de la Habana, con sus niños jóvenes y viejos, dedicando su tiempo libre en un sano esparcimiento.
