Saludos a todos mis amigos de Actifit, hoy camine por 5ta avenida es realmente muy bonita vista.
Mi ritmo al caminar fue rápido unas cuadras, otras algo más lento, el médico me recomendó que de esta forma la caminata era más efectiva.
En mi andar pase por una casa que tenía su puerta entre abierta y en su parte interior observé una bella mampara con preciosos vitrales.
