My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2024

Hello my friends of Actifit, as you can see I walked a little more than 10k, I am happy with that but I did not plan it, it was because of transportation problems, at a very complicated time to walk, because of the sun that punishes and without appropriate footwear.
I did that walk, because as you can see I was carrying a walker for an elderly person who needed it urgently, my country has so many economic limitations that we need to support each other a lot.

Hola mis amigos de Actifit, como ven caminé un poco de más de 10k, estoy feliz con eso pero no lo planifique, fue por problemas de transporte,a una hora muy complicada para caminar, por el sol que castiga y sin un calzado apropiado.
Hice ese camino, porque como ven llevaba un andador para una persona mayor que lo necesitaba con urgencia,mi país tiene tantas limitaciones económica que necesitamos mucho apoyarnos entre nosotros.

Now I'm a little tired but happy, I hope to walk this distance again but at a more appropriate time and with a little more training.

Ahora estoy algo cansada pero feliz, espero volver a caminar está distancia pero a una hora más apropiada y con un poco más de entrenamiento.

Note: What I have in my hand is a knob with water inside a stocking to keep it cool.

Nota: Lo que tengo en la mano es un pomo con agua dentro de una media para que se mantuviera fresca.
