My Actifit Report Card: June 9 2024

Greetings to everyone in the community, I hope you had a good weekend.
In Havana it has been raining a lot, we were looking forward to these waters that always refresh.

On Sunday, after the downpour I walked with my friend Irayda through the Park, 5k and something more.

Irayda who loves the seasoning of my house told us that after the walk she was ready to savor a good plate of black beans and if she accompanied it with something else even better 🤣.

We spent a very nice afternoon between exercises,laughs and photos for hive.We also saw some pictures that my kids donated me from their ride to Disney .

Saludos a todos en la comunidad, espero hayan disfrutado de un buen fin de semanas.
Por La Habana ha llovido bastante, estábamos esperando con muchos deseos estás aguas que siempre refrescan.

El domingo, pasado el aguacero caminé con mi amiga irayda por el Parque, recorridos 5k y algo más,.

Irayda que ama el sazón de mi casa nos dijo que después de la caminata estaba lista para saborear un buen plato de frijoles negros y si lo acompañaba con alguna otra cosa mejor.🤣

Pasamos una tarde muy bonita entre ejercicios,risas y fotos para hive.
También vimos algunas fotos que mis hijos me donaron de su paseo a Disney .

Yes, May and June are rainy, especially in the afternoons, when the rain stops, the sun follows, the day is beautiful and sometimes in the rainbow.
Ah from June to September is cyclonic season.
