Happy week @actifit friends, today I get into my daily routine, from my walks to get to and from work, I am systematically meeting my goals.
Feliz semana amigos de @actifit, hoy me incorporo a mi rutina diaria, de mis caminatas para ir y regresar del trabajo, voy sistemáticamente cumpliendo mis metas.
I think that the weekend break was very good for me, and with the good weather these days, it will be very easy to reach the 5k.
Pienso que el descanso de Fin de Semana, me vino muy bien, lo que unido al buen clima de estos días, será muy fácil arribar a los 5k.
I take a minute to tell you that my weekend was very relaxing, I enjoyed my children's trip to a beautiful farm.
Dedico un minuto para contarles que mi fin de semana fue muy relajante,disfruté del paseo de mis hijos a una finca preciosa.
