My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2025

Very good morning community, I could not fail to show you the 10k achieved by me yesterday. And the thing is that walking in places and with people you love boosts your energy.

Yesterday, although there was a good sun and therefore very hot, it helped me a lot to refresh the breeze that ran and take advantage of the shade of the beautiful portals that my Old Havana has.

Muy buen día comunidad, No podía dejar de mostrarles los 10k alcanzados por mi ayer. Y es que caminar por lugares y con personas que amas potencia las energías.

Ayer aunque había buen sol y por tanto mucho calor, me ayudó mucho a refrescar l la brisa que corría y aprovechar la sombra de los hermosos portales que tiene mi Habana Vieja.

I was accompanied by my niece, a 17 year old girl, who made me laugh a lot, while we were looking for some gifts to give for Mother's Day.

Estuve acompañada por mi sobrina una niña de 17 años, que me hizo reír mucho, mientras buscábamos algunos obsequios para regalar por el Día de las Madres.

I take this opportunity to congratulate all the Mothers of our community for the Day that is dedicated to pay tribute to all the love that only they know how to give each and every one of our days.

As always it is a pleasure to share with all of you, because you have always accompanied and stimulated me, thank you for that.
