Greetings my friends of actifit, this week has been very difficult for me, not only because of the work, that in the last week of the month we must make the closings and the payment of workers, but because the electricity situation is becoming increasingly difficult.

Let me explain, during working hours the electricity can be cut and you can not do what you had planned, the same happens when you get home.
That is why today more than ever I need to exercise my body and strengthen my mind, because it is quite stressful.

When I go for a walk I concentrate on the flowers, the trees, the children playing and I smile at everything beautiful that life gives us.

In the evenings when there is no current the moon and the stars are my friends par excellence.
As you can see, I am still focused on my goals.

Saludos mis amigos de actifit, ésta semana ha resultado súper difícil para mí, no solo por el trabajo, que en la última semana del mes debemos realizar los cierres y el pago de los trabajadores, sino porque la situación de la electricidad se torna cada vez más difícil.
Les explico, en horario laboral puede cortarse el fluido eléctrico y no puedes hacer lo que tenías planificado, lo mismo sucede cuando llegas a la casa.
Es por eso que hoy más que nunca necesito de ejercitar mi cuerpo y fortalecer la mente, porque es bastante estresante.
Cuando salgo a caminar me concentro en las flores, los árboles, los niños jugar y sonrió a todo lo lindo que la vida nos regala.
En las noches cuando no hay corriente la luna y las estrellas son mis amigos por excelencia.
Pues como pueden ver , sigo enfocada en mis metas.
