My Actifit Report Card: November 11 2025

Hi @actifit, as you can see, I'm right at the 5k mark today. I walked to and from work, but I didn't do any other physical activity even though the weather was perfect for it. This morning the temperature was nice and cool, very pleasant, and many people took advantage of it to run in the neighborhood park.

Unfortunately, I had to stay home to work on the computer, but I'll definitely join the group running in the park tomorrow.

Saludos @actifit, hoy como ven estoy justo en los 5k, caminé para ir y venir del trabajo, pero no hice ninguna otra actividad física a pesar de que el clima se prestaba para eso.
Hoy la temperatura amaneció bien fresca, muy agradable y que muchos aprovecharon para correr en el parque del vecindario

Lamentablemente, yo tuve que quedarme en casa para trabajar con la computadora, pero sin falta mañana me uno al grupo que va a correr al parque.
