Happy week to all the members of this community, which stimulates us and shows how beneficial it is to exercise, as it contributes to a better physical and mental health.
Today I want to share with you how happy I am because I already HAVE A CELL PHONE 🤣, and this is the news that will make you happy, I shared with you all my frustration because I could not have my step counter or record my physical activities.
Although I continued to perform my exercises, I no longer had the stimulus of the counter, i want to thank you all for your words of encouragement, you were always supporting me and that was very important for me.
As my mother would say, happiness in a poor man's house is not complete and now I am having trouble with the configuration, I think I will have to create a new account, because it doesn't want to recognize my password 😭.
In my center the younger hiver help me in everything lrelated to technology, but the one who is always in charge of #actifit is my dear @theinfiltred who at the moment is in a hive training in the United States, I am very happy about that development opportunity for him.
I want to let you know that I'm still doing my exercises, I'm not only walking at a good pace but I've started jogging in the biggest park in my neighborhood.
In the park while I run I recharge myself with positive energies because I see young people and children exercising, converging and laughing, many are in the company of their grandparents with whom I can share.

Feliz semana a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad, que nos estimula y muestra lo beneficioso que es realizar ejercicios,ya que contribuye a una mejor salus física y mental.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes lo de feliz que me siento pues ya TENGO CELULAR 🤣, y esta es la noticia que se les va a alegrar, comparti con ustedes todas mis frustración porque no podía tener mi conrador de pasos ni registrar mis actividades físicas.
Aunque continúe realizando mis ejercicios, ya no tenía el estimulo del contador, quiero agradecerles a todos sus palabras de aliento, siempre estuvieron apoyándome y eso fue muy importante para mi.
Cómo diria mi madre la felicidad en casa del pobre no es completa y ahora tengo tropiezos con la configuración, creo tendre que crear una cuenta nueva, pues no quiere reconocer mi clave de publicación, 😭
Eni centro los hiver más jóvenes me ayudan en todo lo referente a la tecnología, pero el que siempre se encarga de #actifit es mi querido @theinfiltred que en estos momentos esta en un entrenamiento de hive en Estados Unidos, estoy muy feliz de esa oportunidad de desarrollo para él.
Si quiero que sepan que sigo realizando mis ejercicios, ya no solo camino a buen ritmo sino que comence a trotar por el parque más grande de mi vecindario.
En el parque mientras corro me recargo de energías positivas pues veo a los jóvenes y niños hacer ejercicios converzar y reir , muchos están en compañia de sus abuelos con quienes puedo compartir.
