Esta semana hemos tenido varios acontecimientos en el movimiento de fichajes en los banquillos de los técnicos. Dos eventos muy llamativos, la entrada de Xabi Alonso en el Bayern Leverkusen y la salida de Julen Lopetegui del Sevilla F.C. dándole entrada al argentino Jorge Sampaoli.

En esta ocasión me referiré a esta última noticia que hago mención. En el caso del despido de Julen Lopetegui sucede tras una derrota más en Champions, en esta ocasión ante el Borussia Dortmund (1-4). Lamentablemente, la realidad es que los resultados no acompañaban esta temporada al Sevilla: en la máxima competición acumulan ya dos derrotas y un empate y en LaLiga solo han conseguido cinco puntos, rozando los puestos de descenso.

El Sevilla lo intentó, pero no puede. Sus jugadores corren sin orden y desprenden una debilidad mental pasmosa. Cada llegada del equipo rival es sinónimo de peligro. Sin duda, el Sevilla afronta la crisis deportiva más importante de este siglo.

Ya en la cúpula del Sevilla se decidía ya desde la noche de este sábado, tras la derrota ante el Atlético, si destituía a Julen Lopetegui como entrenador de la primera plantilla. El técnico vasco, que ha pasado varias semanas al borde del abismo, tiene salvo sorpresa sus días contados en el Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán. La directiva nervionense lleva tiempo pensando que sustituir a Julen es la única manera de intentar revertir la marcha negativa de un equipo muy lejos de los puestos de Champions, clasificación que vuelve a ser objetivo después de tres campañas consecutivas, las mismas que lleva Lopetegui en el banquillo, como cuarto clasificado. 5 puntos de 21 en Liga y uno de seis en Champions han llevado al club de Nervión a una situación insostenible.

Ya en la tarde ayer el argentino Jorge Sampaoli estaba en las instalaciones del club y podría ponerse al frente del equipo desde el entrenamiento, con el que comenzará a preparar el que será el primer partido de su segunda etapa en el Sevilla F.C., contra el Athletic Club el sábado en el estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán.
Sampaoli tendrá la labor de trabajar con un Sevilla que solo ha ganado un partido desde el inicio de la temporada. En LaLiga ha sumado cinco de los 21 puntos que han estado en juego y está a un punto de los puestos de descenso, mientras que su continuidad en la UEFA Champions League está prácticamente descartada después de haber perdido dos partidos y empatado uno hasta el momento, y ser tercero de grupo.

En mi modesta opinión y según he visto por los medios de prensa Jorge Sampaoli querrá construir una identidad futbolística adaptada a los talentosos y ya veteranos jugadores del club. Abogará por fomentar un equipo que disfrute el juego y que los jugadores tengan el compromiso de enfrentar a cualquier rival sea cual sea y superar su fortaleza emocional y establecer la del club en la cancha. Tendrá a su mando jugadores con mucha experiencia y deberá aprovechar esto al máximo y me refiero a Isco, Ivan Rakitić, Fernando, Jesús Navas, Suso, Jesús Corona un medio campo bastante inteligente y que puede habilitar muy buenos balones. No creo que tenga que establecer papeles en la plantilla porque ya están definidos los roles. Aun asi creo que debe proponer un referente ofensivo y aun asi tambien un referente en cada área además, dado al desorden futbolistico del club.
