Rural Cycling Day Bike 🦾 || Día de Ciclismo Rural Bike 🦾.Mi informe de Actifit: octubre 30 2025

Returning to the rides through the fields of Buenos Aires, more specifically in the town of Ezeiza. As part of the El ciclón de ezeiza group, we did an afternoon training session, enjoying these days that allow us to go out and train without having to wrap up too warmly.

Volviendo a las rodadas por los campos de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, más específicamente en la localidad de Ezeiza. Comparte del grupo El ciclón de ezeiza, realizamos un entrenamiento por la tarde, disfrutando estos días que nos permiten salir a entrenar no tan abrigados.



60 km today with really great sensations. During the week we made some changes to the bike, more specifically to the wheels, sprocket, and chain. Some adjustments are still needed because the chain jumps at times, but nothing prevented us from enjoying the changes. The wind is always present, but we faced it head on and came out victorious.

60 km para el día de hoy con sensaciones muy lindas realmente. En la semana hicimos unos cambios en la bicicleta, más precisamente en las masas, piñon y cadena. Falta algunos ajustes porque por momentos me salta la cadena, pero nada impidió disfrutar de los cambios. El viento siempre se hace presente e igualmente le hicimos frente y salimos vencedores.

Today I ran into Nicolás, who told me he was going to the gym three times a week and the changes are obvious. We broke away from the pack and reached Route 6 together, where we were supposed to turn around and head back to the starting point. I enjoyed riding with someone who is a little better than me, because I know it will help me improve.

Hoy me encontré con Nicolás, que me contó que estaba concurriendo al gimnasio tres veces por semana y los cambios son evidentes. Con él nos escapamos del pelotón y llegamos juntos a la ruta 6, donde deberíamos retomar y volver al punto de partida. Me gustó rodar con una persona que ande un poco mejor que yo, porque sé que eso me permitiría mejorar.
Espero que ustedes hayan estado en movimiento, porque no hay nada más lindo que estar en forma.
