Nowadays, everyone is on social media, and that is undeniable. I am part of that movement, and I fervently believe that having an online presence is vitally important. But I also believe in the old school and in promoting different products or services the old-fashioned way. This reflection was prompted by a chance encounter I had with Benjamin, a 15-year-old friend who is starting out in cycling and, to my surprise, was wearing the T-shirt I made last year with Los Lobos de Hive and Actifit. It filled me with tenderness and made me reflect on how important it is to promote things the way they used to be done. Surely he and his parents posted about the event on their social media, and I am doing the same. Many will see the words Hive and Actifit and some will wonder what they are. Whether it is a lot or a little, I really don't know. I only know that it is something.


Hoy en día todo el mundo está en las redes sociales y eso es innegable. Soy parte de dicho movimiento y creo fervientemente que estar con vigencia en internet es de vital importancia. Pero también creo en la vieja escuela y en la promoción de diferentes productos o servicios a la vieja usanza. Esta reflexión me ocasionó un encuentro casual que tuve con Benjamín, un amiguito de 15 años que arranca en el ciclismo y para sorpresa mía, tenía la remera que el año pasado hice con los Logos de Hive y Actifit. Me llenó de ternura y me hizo reflexionar, sobre lo importante que es promocionar cómo se hacía antes. Seguramente él y sus padres subieron dicho acontecimiento en sus redes sociales y yo estoy haciendo de la misma manera. Y muchos verán la palabra Hive y Actifit y algunos se preguntarán de qué se trata. Si es mucho o poco, realmente no lo sé. Solo sé, que algo es.

We continue training every day, and I mean every day, because rest days are also part of training. But yesterday I went for a run of more than 8 km and felt really good. It's nice to get off the bike and do another sport that I really love. On the other hand, I'm incorporating beets into my diet because I've been told they have countless properties, especially for those of us who do some kind of physical activity. We'll see what happens and then let you know.
Let's keep training and getting our bodies moving, because there's nothing better than being in shape.

Seguimos entrenando todos los días y digo todos los días, porque los días de descanso también es parte del entrenamiento. Pero el día de ayer realicé un trote de más de 8 km con muy buenas sensaciones. Está bueno bajarse la bicicleta y realizar otra de las disciplinas deportiva que realmente me encanta. Por otro lado, estoy incorporando la remolacha porque me han dicho que tiene infinidades de propiedades sobre todo para los que realizamos algún tipo de actividad física. Veremos qué pasa y luego os contaremos.
Sigamos entrenando y poniendo nuestro cuerpo en movimiento, porque no hay nada más lindo que estar en forma.
