In my experience, in training processes, there is a lot to improve in the first stage. But as time goes by and you maintain consistency in your training, progress slows down. Hence the need to be patient and not give up on training because progress is slow. On the contrary, you must remain focused and, regardless of whether progress is slow or significant, it is important to keep moving forward.


Según mi experiencia, en los procesos de entrenamiento, en la primera etapa uno tiene mucho por mejorar. Pero conforme pasa el tiempo y uno mantiene La constancia en los entrenos, los avances van aminorando. De ahí la necesidad de hilar fino y no abandonar los entrenamientos porque se avanza poco. Todo lo contrario, se debe seguir enfocado y más allá de los avances sean a paso lento, lo importante es seguir avanzando.


My main focus is on cycling, but running is always good for any sport. It's a basic sport, and jogging even once a week activates other muscles and, of course, flushes out lactic acid. With summer in Argentina coming to an end, I'm still enjoying the sun and wearing light clothing.


Mi foco principal está puesto en el ciclismo, pero el running siempre viene bien en cualquier disciplina deportiva. Es un deporte base y realizar un trote aunque sea una vez por semana, hace que se activen otros músculos y por supuesto se barra el ácido láctico. Transcurriendo el verano en la Argentina, que por cierto ya queda poco, particularmente sigo disfrutando del sol y de andar liviano de ropa.

Más de 12 km entre caminatas y trote. Por supuesto disfrutando de la bellezas naturales que nos regalaron diversos, ya dejamos listo todo el cuerpo para seguir en la semana con los entrenamientos. Todo suma y es por eso la invitación de estar siempre en movimiento.
