Sunday on the move || Domingo en movimiento... Mi informe de Actifit: febrero 8 2026

A wonderful day in the middle of summer, perfect for enjoying the sun and a long workout. For those who love running and cycling, we can organize ourselves and do both disciplines on the same day. In the morning, we go for a jog with Zuni, and in the afternoon, we go cycling with the group. Sundays are for endurance training and getting plenty of physical activity. We finish in the afternoon feeling very tired but really happy. Tomorrow is recovery day, and
Un día maravilloso y en pleno verano, para disfrutar del Sol y de un largo entrenamiento. Para Los amantes del running y el ciclismo, podemos organizarnos y hacer las dos disciplinas en un mismo día. Por la mañana correr un trote con Zuni y por la tarde algo de ciclismo con el grupo. Domingos de fondo y de sumar actividad física. Terminamos a esta hora en la tarde muy cansados pero realmente muy felices. Mañana toca regenerativo y a rodar suave.


The sun and high temperatures made their presence felt, but since we know they are the last ones of the season, we enjoyed them twice as much. Winter has its peculiarities, but we particularly enjoy the heat of summer. Always make sure to go out early in the morning and late in the afternoon. And, of course, stay hydrated throughout the day.
El Sol y las altas temperaturas dijeron presente pero como sabemos que son los últimos de esta temporada los disfrutamos doblemente. El invierno tiene su peculiaridades pero particularmente disfruten demasía el calor del verano. Cuidando siempre salir bien temprano y por la tarde a última hora. Y por supuesto hidratar no todo el día más allá de que entrenemos o no.


A hearty lunch, with a good percentage of protein and, of course, vegetables to provide vitamins and fiber. And carbohydrates are always a must. A restorative nap, and then back out riding with the cycling group. It feels incredible when your body is trained and you do things right. Hopefully we can continue on the same path and tell beautiful stories about our journey through this plane.
Happy Sunday to everyone, and let's get moving, because there's nothing better than being in shape. When I say being in shape, I don't mean specifically in terms of aesthetics, but in all aspects: mind, body, and spirit.

Almuerzo bien completo, con un porcentaje de proteínas y por supuesto verduras para incorporar vitaminas y fibras. Además nunca debe faltar el carbohidrato. Una siesta reparadora y luego a rodar nuevamente con el grupo de ciclismo. Sensaciones increíbles cuando el cuerpo está entrenado y hacemos las cosas bien. Ojalá sigamos por la misma senda y contemos historias bonitas en este pasaje por este plano.
Feliz domingo para todos y a ponernos en movimiento, porque no hay nada mejor que estar en forma. Cuando me refiero a estar en forma, no es específicamente la parte estética sino en todos los aspectos. Mente, cuerpo y espiritualidad.
