In Argentina today it was raining practically all day long. We could not go out for a run, let alone ride a bike.

En Argentina el día de hoy estuvo lloviendo prácticamente todo el día. No se pudo salir a correr y ni mucho menos a andar en bicicleta.

Likewise, the alternative of training at home is always present. Today we did over 200 burpees to keep the body moving and not waste the day.
If the rains stop we will see what we do tomorrow.

De igual manera la alternativa de entrenar en casa siempre está presente. El día de hoy realizamos más de 200 burpees para mantener el cuerpo en movimiento y no desaprovechar el día.
Si paran las lluvias veremos qué hacemos el día de mañana.
