My Actifit Report Card: June 18 2025.Do not lose focus.🚲💯


The weekend was Father's Day in Argentina and it was also a very cold weekend. All excuses to stay at home and of course overeat. Sometimes I do exercise routines at home but if you have to run what you should do is: just run.


El fin de semana fue el día del padre en Argentina y también fueron unos días de mucho frío. Todas excusas para quedarse en casa y por supuesto comer de más. En ocasiones realizo rutinas de ejercicios en casa pero si uno tiene que correr lo que debe hacer es: simplemente correr.

When you lose focus, instead of stagnating, what happens is that you regress. In particular, I feel this way. Today we went out for a run and did about 13 km but with a feeling of heaviness that I don't like at this stage of training.


Cuando pierdes el enfoque, en lugar de estancarte, lo que sucede es que retrocedes. En lo particular lo siento así. El día de hoy salimos a correr y realizamos aproximadamente un poco más de 13 km pero con sensaciones de pesadez que no me gustan a esta altura de los entrenamientos.

We should take these events into account and reflect on them. Things happen for a reason and if we are aware that we must keep the focus to move forward in our training, I think we will arrive well to the marathon.


Estos acontecimientos debemos tenerlo en cuenta y reflexionar al respecto. Por algo suceden las cosas y si somos conscientes de que debemos mantener el enfoque para avanzar en nuestros entrenamientos, creo que vamos a llegar bien a la maratón.


Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to go out for some kind of passes and of course put in mileage, which should be no less than 10 km.
