My Actifit Report Card: June 23 2025


This past weekend, which was a long weekend in Argentina, I took the opportunity to catch up on my jogging. In spite of the cold, we went out to train all three days and really felt great. One thing that I always preach is consistency and in this equation I can certify it.


Este fin de semana pasado, que fue fin de semana largo en la Argentina, aproveché para ponerme al día con el tema del trote. A pesar del frío hemos salido los tres días a entrenar y realmente con sensaciones maravillosas. Algo que siempre pregono es la consistencia y en esta ecuación lo puedo certificar.

Today I will take it a little more relaxed and just go about my daily activities. When one hurts the body, one should also give it a well-deserved rest.


El día de hoy lo tomaré un poco más relajado y solamente realizaré mis actividades diarias. Cuando uno lastima al cuerpo, también lo debe dar su merecido descanso.

Today is expected to be very cold in these parts. So we have excuses to eat well and of course without forgetting to be healthy.


El día de hoy auguran mucho frío por estos lugares. Así que tenemos excusas para comer rico y por supuesto sin olvidar de que sea saludable.

A friend of mine invited me some really, really tasty bites. They are banana based and according to her they are very nutritious. You can give me anything but if you invite me to eat something tasty, you win my heart 😊.


Una amiga me invitó unos bocaditos realmente muy pero muy sabrosos. Están a base de bananas y según ella son muy nutritivos. Me puedes regalar cualquier cosa pero si me invitas a comer algo rico, te ganas mi corazón 😊.

I hope you have started the week with all the good energies and of course also on the move. Movement generates energy, which is why we must take advantage of it 100% and get healthy.
There is nothing better than being in shape.
