My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2025.Daily walks and jogs.

It was a bit rainy today, but it was still possible to walk and jog between yesterday and today. The workouts are uphill but nothing that can't be made up for with a good contemplative walk.
I hope everyone did some walking or perhaps some jogging.
There is nothing better than being in shape.

El día estuvo un tanto lluvioso el día de hoy pero igualmente entre ayer y hoy se pudo caminar y trotar. Los entrenamientos se hacen cuesta arriba pero nada que no se pueda suplir con una buena caminata contemplativa.
Espero todos hayan realizado caminatas o quizás algún trote.
No hay nada mejor que estar en forma.
