Your title is giveaway.
Then your rules demand from all participants in order to give back to one lucky.
It sounds more like a farming resource for your personal interest.
Yet the community in the past has seen many introduce giveaways similar to yours. You can look at their status and better understand why they are not currently operating the same giveaway scheme.
NB you will have to look for those accounts yourself. I am just offering my opinion.

Is Giveaway not Contest
Is not farming resource because if you my plan you going to understand that the most of this ( 2 HIVE per Giveaway * 3 = 6 Hive per Week ) i will give for my investment
So even the posts make some rewards will be use to buy the next Giveaway Rewards Week
The one winner is better because if i give to all members who vote the post i will need 20+ Hive per post so the One winner will benefit for this
What i earn for this?
The HBI and Power of the tribes token ( SPORTS, POB, LEO )
Even if i make the delegation the stake made to me so the final stake will calculate to me in the end
