I am here again on my keep fit journey, and today's activity came from something quite interesting.
So there is this local market in mu place that opens once in a week, and toady was the market day for this week. I decided to pay a visit after a long while to do some shopping . The market was full of lives, as many people from different parts of the state and even beyond come to buy and sell. Every part of the market is always full of varieties products, and making a choice can become a challenge.

Walking around the market to pick some items turned out to be a great fitness exercise on its own. At the end of the day, I noticed that I recorded over 10,000 plus steps on my actifit app.
