My Actifit Report Card: March 19 2024
Tuesday the 19th of March started with a a 4km jogging very early in the morning, On my way I noticed at some point that I needed to take a rest. This is a very valid lesson that, whenever you feel like taking a break you should. If you feel tired, just take a break. This does not mean you are weak or lazy, this simply means the body needs some rest in order to get momentum. Eventually, I completed the run and the second part. I meant after the rest, the energy to complete doubled.
