Mango fruit.
Oh mango fruit are of different types. We have maximum size and minimum size of them. Some has green colour shell or pit, some have yellow colour, and red colour.
I personally prefer green colour pit because of it taste and it juice. So nice.
Depending on some persons system , it soften the bowel from passing out waste materials.
Someone like me, it causes bowel obstruction. If I should take mango fruit I will find it difficult to defecate.
It is also good for pregnant women.
