Hi my dear hive friends, hope you all doing well and safe.Today I will share my actifit report card of 22 January 2022.Exercise is one of the best thing to keep fit and healthy.Today I start my journey with walking.Then I take rest for hour and then I went my garden for sometime.Then o went my kitchen were I take lunch then I went running with my friends.Then we play for sometime.Then I went for jogging at evening.
