T10 League—The Shortest Cricket Format.

Hello Everyone

Cricket came into existence in 18 century and we all know that Test Cricket is the traditional game but with time it changed to One Day and then T20 as internationally. These two formats are shorter formats of Test Cricket.
Few years back I love watching T20 matches, but then T10 league came which is the shortest format of cricket till now. My favourite format is T10. Lets talk about it a little bit more in detail.

T10 LEAGUE

Cricket has been changed in an enormous way. From traditional TEST playing for 5 days to T10 playing for less than 2 hours. T10 league came into existence in 2017. It is a 10 over format in which each team gets 10 overs to bat. All rules are same as international cricket but overs are minimized. I have been watching this league since it formed. It hardly take 2 weeks to get finished. It has 8 teams and matches are played in two group games and followed by Knock-out. It is played in United Arab Emirates. Recently its 4th season came to end, despite of covid-19, it was held under SOP's and no audience was allowed. The current champions are Northern Warriors led by Nicholas Pooran. This is their 2nd title out of 4.

• Best Moment:- When Mohammad Shahzad and Brendon McCullum give Rajputs a 10 wicket win and chased 96 run in 4 overs. In which Mohd Shahzad broke records, scoring 16 ball 74 runs. Mohd Shahzad's firey 74 runs was an unforgettable inning in history of cricket. You can watch his innings here.

• Best Match:- Maratha Arabians Vs Team Abu Dhabi. In this match Captain of Arabians Chris Lynn smashed 30 ball 90 runs which was the highest in T10 league since 2019. This was the best match for me in this format of cricket.

• Favourite Player: The USA Boy— Ali Khan.
  Ali Khan is a fast seamer hailing from USA. Ali Khan playing for Delhi Bulls has shown extraordinary performance in this season of league. Ali Khan's best figuers 3 wickets for none is the most economical over in T10 against Pune Devils.
