Bolton Wanderers face going into liquidation after the proposed sale of the club collapsed on Saturday morning.

Incredibly sad for the Bolton supporters and the young players. But the EFL gets what they deserve... This kind of money machine which professional football has become is bound to make victims. As long as you don't relegate everything is fine, but one relegation, or even two, can make the club go completely under. Because of the unfair distribution of sponsorship deals and TV money. I hope this gets sorted for Bolton, but if it doesn't, then I fear they won't be the last club to go down the drain.
