Kim Clijsters makes comeback to tennis at age of 36!

No, we're not April first, but still unbelievable news just was released by Kim Clijsters herself on her social media. She is making a comeback to professional tennis in 2020. The mother of 3 kids wants to try to make the combination of being a mother of 3 young kids and play at the highest level tennis once again. I must say, most media in Belgium are baffled. Is that even possible? And at that age? Who knows? Serena is already 38, but she has not been on retirement for 7 years and in the meanwhile given birth to 3 little kids. I am a bit sceptic, to say the least...

Kim Clijsters won in her first carreer 41 WTA titles, among them are 4 Grand Slams, 3 times the US Open and once the Australian Open. She also won The Masters three times. She won over 24 million US Dollars in prize money.

Her main reason for the comeback is simple, she says: "I miss professional tennis..."

Well, good luck Kim, it won't be easy to get to the same level again!
